Pay groups define how and when workers are paid. You can create different groups for different workers. This helps to streamline and simplify your payroll process.

Pay Schedule

Each pay group has its own pay schedule.


  • Weekly

  • Every other week (bi-weekly)

  • Semi-monthly

  • Monthly


Depending on the pay schedule you choose, you will be prompted to provide different information relevant to:


  • Date employees will get paid

  • End of pay period
