“System Clock Out Alert”
This alert will let you and your scheduling staff know when SmartCare has automatically Clocked Out of a shift. This feature is triggered at midnight on the day of a shift; if your Caregiver fails to clock-out at the scheduled end of their shift. You can click on the shift and click “Remove System Clock-Out Alert” once you have determined the appropriate Clock Out time with the Caregiver. The Alert does not impact your ability to invoice or pay payroll on the shift, it is meant only to let you know that the shift was automatically clocked out to reflect the scheduled shift end time.
