Switch To option

Within certain roles you have the ability to switch to other profiles. This gives you the option to see what they would see when logged in. This feature may help with password resets, guiding them into certain areas for training, as well as updating information on their behalf. 

Depending on each role the privilege to switch into another person's profile is either given automatically (admins only) or can be an added privilege by an Admin. 

Roles      -       Optional privileges

Admin  -   N/A Given all privileges to switch into any other profile. 
Accountant    -   Switch in Staff Manager, Switch in Client Manager, Switch in Staff, Switch in Applicant, Switch to Client, Switch to Representative, Switch to Transnational Care Contact
Staff Manager   -   Switch in Client Manager, Switch in Staff, Switch to Applicant, Switch to Client, Switch to Representative, Switch to Transnational Care Contact
Client Manager    -   Switch to Client, Switch to Representative, Switch to Transitional Care Contact
Staff   -   no options available for switch to with the staff role. 
     
How to use the Switch To feature:

Access the profile list for who you are wanting to switch in their profile. Example, Menu>Staff>Staff Management. If the user has the privilege to switch into that type of profile they will see to the right of the profile name in the actions section two arrows back and forth. When you hover over this option, you will see the Switch To. 


If you are within their profile there is also the option to Switch To up towards the top left where it welcomes you. 


To Switch In you would select the Switch To option. You will know when you switched into another profile because it will say We heart you, (the name of that profile)


When you are needing switch back into your profile you can either log out in the menu Menu>Sign off or click the Switch Back option found at the bottom left corner. 
NOTE: If you don't see the Switch back button you may need to click the Aaniie logo in the top left corner of the screen.
