Search

In the top right corner is the ability to search or filter through the Shift History which can make finding specific information a bit easier.  For example, if you only wanted to view results that were associated with a particular staff member, you can enter their name into the search box.  You can also search for specific values that can be found within the Field column.

Use Cases

Punch In/Out Information

'in_time' 'out_time' correlate to when a shift was punched in to/out of and who made the punch.  In the example below, Geoffrey Butler punched in at 10:06 AM.

In the image, also notice that the location of the punch in, location_in, (location_out if punch out) was tracked.  If need be, you can enter those coordinates into a Map application to identify where exactly the punch in/out occurred.

Scheduled Shift Information

'begin_time' 'end_time' denotes when the shift was scheduled to start/end.  You can also see who the shift was scheduled for regarding the client and caregiver.  In the example below, Kappa Support scheduled the shift for client Hattie and caregiver Geoffrey to start at 10AM and end at 1PM.

'date' signifies the date the shift was scheduled for whereas the Time Stamp shows when the shift was actually created.  In the example below, the shift is scheduled for 5/1/2025.  The shift was created on 4/24/25 at 9:14 AM.

Fee/Wage Information

'fee_type' 'wage_type' denotes the type of fee/wage that is being used on the shift (i.e., hourly, flat, unit, live-in, etc.,).  In correlation with the type, the associated rate is displayed as '[type]_fee' '[type]_wage'.  In the example below, the 'hourly_fee' for the client is set to $200/hr and the 'hourly_wage' for the caregiver is set to $25/hr.

'shift_wages' 'shift_fees' shows the total wages earned by the caregiver and total fees accrued by the client.  In the example below, the caregiver earned $200 and the client is charged $1600.
