Shift Deletion History and Restoration

Shift Deletion History and Restoration

There is a report the Administrator role can access to determine if shifts have been deleted: User Histories Audit Trail. Depending on the number of shifts the customer expects were deleted, the date range to check needs to be narrowed and/or they need to identify the specific user that deleted the shifts as well as the details deleted. It is recommend that the customer uses the information in this report to re-create any deleted shifts that should not have been deleted. If for one reason or another, these shifts must be reinstated, when the customer runs the report they can make a list of the "Entry IDs" and we can restore the shifts. This is not a service we want to offer except on a very rare basis, as it takes time and requires Thom's intervention.
