Scheduling Office Staff

Step 1: Create an "Office Client"

  1. Navigate to Client management by going to Menu>Clients>Client Management. 
  2. Click "Register New Client"     
  3. Check the box for Admin Client  
  4. Fill out the information for the client 
    1. First: Office
    2. Last: Client
    3. Date of Birth: Todays date
  5. Fill out the contact information.
    1. Use the office address for the client. 
    2. The password can be randomly generated. 
  6. Click Register
  7. Give the Office Client a 0.00 fee in one of the fee slots. 

Step 2: Schedule Office Staff with Office Client

  1. Navigate to Scheduling Dashboard by going to Menu>Scheduling>Scheduling Dashboard. 
  2. Either through Quick Shifts or Scheduled shifts generate a shift with the following details: 
    1. Client:Office Client
    2. Staff: The Staff Member to be Scheduled 
    3. Fee: The 0.00 fee you added earlier. 
    4. Wage: The staff members wage
    5. Create the shift.
