Scheduled Notifications

Scheduled Notifications

Scheduled notifications can be used to provide notifications to both clients and staff members. These can be used to notify clients on their birthdays, about forms, and about form reviews. You are able to notify staff members about their birthdays, certifications, expired credentials, and authorizations.

  1. Navigate to the Site Settings section. This can be done by either clicking on the Quicklink for Site Settings on the mainpage or by navigating there through Menu>Settings>Site Settings
  2. Once in the Site Settings scroll down to the Scheduled Notifications section
  3. You are able to control who has access to staff credentials and those notifications within the Staff Credentials Access section. This is done so you are able to control sensitive information like credential access.

4. The Scheduled Notifications section contains a section to choose when the notifications will be sent out before the given event and a section denoting which time in the day the notification will be sent out. For each of the fields, denote either how much time before the event you would like the notification to be sent out for and at what time during the day you would like it to be sent out.

       5. Once all of the necessary fields have been filled out , click the Save Settings button to save the notifications.
Editing scheduled notifications should be simple and easy to understand. Make sure that you choose appropriate times and days to send out the notifications.
