My Suggestions

To make a suggestion in SMARTcare for your agency, follow the steps below:

1. From the My SMARTcare landing page, scroll to the bottom of the page, and locate the My Feedback section, near the bottom of the page. 

2. Once selected, the My Suggestions option will be listed. Click the pen/pad icon to the right which will read Create Suggestion.

3. Fill out the required fields, including Date and Suggestions for Improved Services. Continue to fill out any other needed areas. Click Save when complete.  

4. The staff member that is assigned Email Notifications for this service will then receive an email that a new suggestion was entered.
