Deleting a Completed Planned Service

Summary: Directions on how to delete a completed planned service. 

1. In the scheduling dashboard find the planned service that has been completed by the caregiver. 


2. In scheduling dashboard drag that planned service into the Quick Services side shelf. 

3. Uncheck the completed button and click save. 
4. Now service will be a light blue and uncompleted. 

5. Drag the service into the Garbage can up by Menu. Proceed to "trash it"
6. Access the invoice if already generated in Payer invocing. 
7. Regenerate. Now the invoice will not include the Planned Service.
