Delete Request Off

To delete a time off request in SMARTcare, follow the steps below:


1. From the My Smartcare homepage (full site) click the calendar icon. When you hover over the icon it reads My Schedule

 
2. Within the calendar, locate the day for the request you would like to delete.
3. Click the request in the calendar, and select Delete Request


4.This will prompt a box to pop up asking if you are sure you want to delete your request. Select Delete Request to delete. 

5. Your deleted request will now disappear from your calendar.
NOTE: The mobile app does not have a way to cancel already approved time off requests.
