Change and View Filters on Schedule
Changing and viewing filters allows you to simplify the schedule and make it easier to understand. To use schedule filters, follow the instructions below.
- Navigate to the Scheduling Dashboard from the main page or through Menu>Scheduling>Scheduling Dashboard.

On the Scheduling Dashboard, you can select a variety of filters from the top of the schedule.

Hover over the different types of filters or type in the client or staff to the left to filter the schedule accordingly. Different types of filters listed below.
Filter by Client, staff, or filter group. Depending on which view you have currently for your dashboard.

Clear selected users - clears out any selected users that have been filtered.
User Filter Group - allows you to select a created filter group to search schedule.
Use User Tags - depending on which schedule view you are on you can search client of staff user tags.
Use Shift Tags - search schedule by shift tags.
Toggle open/available shifts - quickly filter the open and available shifts.
Toggle requests only - filter out Time off requests.
Toggle Services - filter the services only on the schedule.
Toggle Cancelled shifts - filter the current schedules cancelled shifts.
Apply Filter - once selected any clients or staff entered to the right or removed will be applied.
- To apply any of these filters, make you selections and select the apply filters option.
NOTE: When you apply the selected filters, the schedule only shows things that match the filter criteria. To change the filter criteria, click the filter buttons again and change your selection. Example, if you have the Toggle open/available shifts filter selected it will be green and only show the open/available shifts. All the other shifts not matching that filter option will disappear from your schedule. To bring all the other shifts back or deselect that filter click that filter again making it grey and all shifts will populate on the schedule.
