The CareAcademy integration allows agencies to connect their CareAcademy account to Aaniie and view caregiver training and compliance information directly within the platform.
Once connected, agencies can:

Navigate to:
Menu → Resources → Marketplace

Select:
Sign Up
to begin the connection process.
After selecting Sign Up, you will be presented with three options:
Creates a brand-new CareAcademy account and connects it to Aaniie.
Connects an existing CareAcademy account using your current CareAcademy credentials.
Exits the enrollment process.
If you select:
Create New Account
Aaniie will:
Create the CareAcademy account.
Transfer available agency information.
Import current caregiver information.
Prompt you to connect caregivers.
After account creation, Aaniie will ask:
Would you like to connect all current caregivers to CareAcademy?
Selecting Yes will:
Connect current caregivers to the integration.
Begin syncing caregiver records.
Allow training information to be tracked within Aaniie.
This provides visibility into caregiver course progress and completion status.
If your agency already has CareAcademy:
Select Use Existing Account.
Enter your CareAcademy credentials.
Complete the account connection process.
The integration will pull caregiver information and connect existing records.
A Sign In Here link is available during setup.
This link takes users directly to CareAcademy where they can:
Log in
Manage credentials
Access training content
Review compliance information
Agencies can configure Aaniie to automatically connect newly added caregivers to CareAcademy.
Menu → Settings → Site Settings
Locate the CareAcademy integration setting.
Enable:
Automatically Connect Future Caregivers
Click:
Save Settings
When enabled:
Newly created caregivers are automatically linked.
Manual caregiver enrollment is reduced.
Compliance tracking remains consistent.
Training management becomes easier.
Future caregivers must still exist in both:
CareAcademy
Aaniie Staff Management
for synchronization to occur successfully.
Aaniie includes a dashboard KPI that allows managers to monitor training compliance.
