Adding Staff Tags to a Client's Profile
Client and Staff tags are used as a way to filter clients and staff when managing, scheduling, and invoicing. For example, if you want to only view clients who are associated with the VA, you can add that tag to the individual client profiles it applies to, then filter by the VA tag in Client Management. Or if you want to see which staff members are RNs, you would add the RN tag to those individual staff profiles, and then filter in the Staff Management tab. Other places you can filter by tags include Scheduling and Invoicing. This is similar to how clients and shifts can have tags associated with them, staff members can have tags associated with them as well. To learn how to add these tags follow the instructions below.
- Navigate to the Staff Management section of the website through either the quick link on the main page or through Menu>Staff>Staff Management.
- Click on the profile picture of the staff member who you would like to add tags to. This will take you to their staff profile.

- Click on the Priority Information section and scroll down the drop down that appears. Near the bottom there will be a section labelled tags with a text field. Enter in the tag you want and select the proper tag from the drop down menu when it appears.

- You may take off tags by clicking on the x within them.
Note: Make sure that the tags are accurate because sometimes they can reflect skills that the caregiver has.Note: To create the staff tags select Menu>Staff>Staff Tags. There you can click the pencil create task option to the right to create.
