Add and Update Subscribed Managers
Subscribing a manager to a client allows managers to receive updates about that client. This allows managers to have up-to-date information on several clients at a time. To add and update subscribed managers, follow the instructions below.
- From the Main Page, navigate to the Client Management page through either the quicklinks on the Main Page or through Menu>Clients>Client Management.
- Once on the Client Management page, click the profile picture of the client you want to add client managers to. This will open the client profile.

- Scroll down to and click on the Priority Info section.
- Locate the Subscribed Managers section and click the pencil icon. This will open a menu that allows you to add and remove subscribed managers for the client. Entering a manager’s name will add them as a subscribed manager. Clicking the X next to their name will take them off.

- After you have made all necessary additions and updates, click Save.
Tip: It is essential to have managers subscribed to every client they are responsible for, but be careful to ensure managers are not subscribed to too many clients. Oversubscribed managers sometimes struggle to keep track of too many clients.
