Activity Tags

Activity Tags are used for tracking which activities the caregivers carry out on their shifts. To create and edit these tags, follow the instructions below.
  1. Navigate to the Activity Tags page through Menu>Communication>Activity Tags.
  2. Once on the Activity Tags page, click the blue pencil icon to create a new Activity Tag. This will open a text box asking for the text of the tag. Enter the text for the activity, and click the green Save button on the bottom left to save it to the list of Activity Tags.
  3. To search through the tags, use the search bar on the top left. To view information about a specific tag, click the plus icon.
Tip: Activity Tags should be specific so that anyone reading them can easily tell what the activity accomplished was.
